Dingfeng order 2nd mat pre-heater, PressBooster, for Lankao Particle Board Line
After 2 months from startup on March 10, Dingfeng Shangqiu PressBooster has fully achieved the performance target of 15% Press capacity increase when producing Super E0 18 mm board for their customer Sofia. Another positive effect is that the board quality has improved.
This is a 4 ft SWPM particleboard line with a capacity of 300,000 m³, invested by the Dingfeng group in the year 2013.
As a result of the 1st PressBooster success, Dingfeng group decided to invest another PressBooster for their Lankao line. This line is also a 4 ft SWPM particleboard line with a capacity of 400,000 m³, invested by the Dingfeng group in the year 2016. The 2 PressBooster will be delivered and installed in June 2020.
With these two PressBooster, Dingfeng group has a great potential to increase their market share in middle China.
