About Sunds Fibertech
Since the start in 2016, Sunds Fibertech has supplied machine equipment and service to producers of various wood fiber-based boards such as MDF, OSB, plywood and particleboard. The end product is used for manufacturing furniture, flooring, kitchens and bathrooms, as well as building materials. Today the company is a world leader with its own patents in areas such as energy recovery and emission control.
Sunds Fibertech has experienced strong growth since its start 2016. The focus in the coming years is to maintain the high organic growth rate and at the same time carry out strategic acquisitions. Sunds Fibertech has received a number of awards, including “Best International Growth” in Ernst & Young’s competition “EY Entrepreneur of The Year”, DI Gazelle and “Company of the Year” in Timrå municipality. The company has also been nominated for Svenska Dagbladet’s “Business of the Year” award, as one of ten companies in Sweden. The company has offices in China, Chile, Germany and Malaysia with the head office in Timrå, Sweden.
About the role
In the role as Vice president Sales you will have the overall responsibility of the Global Area Sales Directors and responsible for driving the business growth and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, culture competence, and the ability to adapt to the different market conditions. With your ability to identify market opportunities, build relationships, and effectively manage global sales team you will contribute to the overall success and profitability of Sunds Fibertech organization. You will lead the work to set up an outstanding sales function that will support our customers in their work to be more profitable.
Your profile
You have previous successful track record of working in leading a Global sales team. To succeed in the role, we believe that you may have been a in a similar position. You have excellent skills in communication, leading and motivating sales team globally. As a person, you are professional and ambitious. Sunds Fibertech is a growing company that has high goals so we are looking for you who have the right drive to be part of that journey. You work independently and enjoy dealing with challenges and finding solutions.
Requirements for the post
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of international Panel board market and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset and ability to develop comprehensive global sale strategies.
- Previous experience in leading global sales team.
- Previous experience in sales tactics and strategy planning.
- Strong customer focus and the individual customer needs.
Location
Sweden or Germany.
