With the acquisitions of ACS and Lübke in May 2025, we are strengthening our position with world-leading cyclone and filter technologies.
Jesper, what inspired the creation of the environmental segment?
–We’ve seen a clear shift in the industry and customers are looking for solutions that not only improve production efficiency but also reduce environmental impact. The environmental segment is our response to that demand. It allows us to focus on technologies that remove dust, formaldehyde and VOCs, while also optimising key process equipment. It’s about combining performance with responsibility.
How do ACS and Lübke fit into this strategy?
–ACS and Lübke are central to our vision. ACS brings world-leading cyclone technology for gas-solid separation, which is essential for high-efficiency dust removal. Lübke complements this with advanced filter systems, including their renowned Rotafilter. Together, they give us a unique position in the market – no one else offers this combination of emission control and process optimization.
What kind of solutions will customers see from this segment?
–We’re offering tailor-made systems that optimise every emission point, including integrated water treatment. Our portfolio includes advanced technologies for the removal of dust, formaldehyde and VOCs – such as airCleanMAX, a state-of-the-art solution for high-efficiency emission control. It’s a holistic approach that delivers cleaner air, better performance, and compliance with increasingly strict regulations.
What are the next steps for the Environmental segment?
–We’re currently integrating ACS and Lübke into our operations and aligning our development roadmap. The goal is to accelerate innovation and bring new solutions to market quickly. In parallel, we’re actively exploring additional partnerships to further strengthen our offering. We’re also expanding our sales channels and preparing targeted campaigns to raise awareness. This is just the beginning – we’re building something that will shape the future of clean production.
