Sunds Fibertech receives significant order from Schwartz Vrena to increase production line capacity
Sunds Fibertech has received a significant order from Schwartz Vrena, Bolivia, for a major upgrade aimed at increasing production capacity at the company’s panelboard facility in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. The scope of supply includes a comprehensive upgrade of the Multi‑Opening Press (5’7” × 18’) as well as the wet forming machine. The press upgrade comprises new columns with nuts and a full cylinder renovation, including pistons, liners, and packings. For the wet forming section, the project includes a new vacuum box system, as well as modifications to existing vacuum boxes to ensure more efficient drainage of the fiber mats, enabling increased line capacity.
As part of the delivery, Sunds Fibertech will also supply the necessary mobile machines and provide experienced site engineers to supervise the installation and renovation work on site in Bolivia. The installation is scheduled to take place in 2026.
