Description

How often should an inspection be made?

Having inspections as often as every other year is recommended. A service report with recommendations for needed actions, upgrade possibilities as well as spare part recommendations are delivered to the customer within four weeks time from the day of the visit. The intention is to maximize uptime by reducing the risk of an unplanned shutdown.

Our recommendations and time tables for inspections are as follows:

  • Recommended service interval: 2 years.
  • Duration of on-site service: 2 – 4 days.
  • Shutdown time: 1 – 2 days.

A standard inspection service includes inspections of:

  • Cylinders condition.
  • Columns condition.

Optional condition inspections include:

  • Crack indication of components.
  • CFD / lifetime analysis of components.
  • Hydraulic systems.
